The Objective: Differentiate a new coffee concept in a saturated "third-wave" market while maintaining operational efficiency.

The Strategy:

  • The "Botanical" Pivot: Developed a proprietary series of botanical syrups designed to pair across hot coffee, cold brew, and lemonade.

  • Operational Engineering: Built a modular "Hot Bar" system where a limited prep list allows for hundreds of drink permutations, enabling customer customization without slowing down service.

  • Full-Stack Consulting: Delivered a turnkey program including cost analysis, ingredient sourcing, staff training, and illustrated recipe guides.

The Result: A fast-casual beverage program that offers a high-end, "bespoke" feel with the speed and margins of a high-volume cafe.
